Listing Cancel Culture - Does It Happen?
It would be great if real estate in real life worked the way it did on TV: you see 3 homes, they work for about 75% of your wishlist, you pick the one you like the most, and BOOM! You're moved in 4 months later and loving life! Or you get a multi-million dollar listing, throw a slick party to open it up to the market, and while mingling you meet a broker with a client who would be perfect for the house. They make a few phone calls and the buyers fall in love over FaceTime and you close a few weeks later, full price and cash. Unfortunately, that isn't the case for most, if not nearly all, transactions out there. Most of the time buyers buy and sellers sell, but sometimes they don't.
